If for some reason, you aren't entirely satisfied, we offer a 14 day Money Back Guarantee.

Upon receiving your order and trying your products, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have any concerns, send us an email info@myhandmaid.com.au and we will work with you to resolve these issues.

When requesting your money back through our money back guarantee policy, all return postage will be at the expense of the customer. 

 

The customer also assumes any risk of damage, theft or loss of goods during transit, so we highly recommend sending your parcel via Registered Post!

 

Products will also need to be returned at least half full and within the 14 day period (14 days from the date that ordered was delivered) to comply with our Money Back Guarantee policy. Once we have received the returned product, we will then process the refund. 

 

Note: Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Handmaid reserves the right to refuse any refund if the customer's return does not align with our policy.
